Defense deoxys could continue to raise its defenses until they were maxed, then begin an assault, but attack deoxys already has a stat boost in his attack stat, (which neutralizes his boost in attack with the defense boost in defense, making their strengths equal).

Attack deoxys would be more prone to giving critical hits than defense deoxys would, plus it has a wider range of attacks than defense deoxys does.

Answer: I don't think Attack Deoxy's higher ATK will be able to shoot down Defense Deoxy's only slightly lower DEF, except if it used a Ghost of Dark move. If the Defense Deoxys was holding a Quick Claw, there's a 10% chance that ATK Deoxy's higher Speed will be negated. And if Trick Room spreads to DEF Deoxys if a previous teammate used it, Trick Room could be used as well.

Answer: Hmm...since Blissey apparently sucks at ATK, SP. ATK, and Speed, it phails as a sweeper. With Toxic in there, it also seems like a tank, which it also phails as since it doesn't have Substitute but Aerial Ace and Flamethrower instead. With Softboiled in there, Blissey can prolong some battles, but most good PHYSICAL sweepers can take out Blissey quickly, since Blissey has a crap DEF.

The toxic COULD do some good, but since Substitute is gone, it's pretty useless. Flamethrower and Aerial Ace are good in some situations facing off different pokemon, but slow Speed means it's no good. Softboiled stayed, doesn't do much good.

 

If it would be THIS maybe it would be better:

Replace Aerial Ace with Agility, which can highly raise Blissey's speed, yet Blissey is absorbing damage. Aerial Ace is a crappy addition to this, Flamethrowers OK, Softboiled should stay.

The answer to #7 is that some pure ground pokemon (such as Sandslash and Donphan) learn Rollout, a rock move, that pwns the flying of Zapdos.
