Here's the effect...

When this card is Normal Summoned, place 1 Darksky Counter on it. You can Specail Summon this card from your hand when a DARK monster on your side of the field is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by it's own effect, place 3 Darksky Counters on it. During each of your Standby Phases, place 2 Darksky Counters on this card. This card gains 100 ATK for each Darksky Counter on it. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster on the field. Remove Darksky Counters from this card equal to the selected monster's Level, and destroy that monster. Destroy this card when there are no Darksky Counters on it.
