Effect:When this card is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can select 1 monster in your Removed From Play Zone. Destroy one of your opponent's monsters with stars equal to the selected monster's stars. This card cannot attack during the same turn that this effect is activated.

Not bad, but could use some improvement.

 

OCG fix: When this card is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can select of your removed from play monsters and destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls whose Level is equal to the Level of the selected monster. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack this turn.

 

Set Ids should be 4 letters before the dash, and EN and the a number from 000 to 300 after the dash, must be 3 digits.
