Okay. This is my new set, "Offset Balance of Power", that I made over the course of a few days. It is focused on the evolution of Black Luster Soldier and Magician of Black Chaos and their new Fusion form. There are support cards for each and may seem a bit overpowered, but if you examine closely, you can see that it is balanced, albeit a bit overpowered, but not much.

{{{BLACK LUSTER CARDS}}}

{{{MAIN CARDS}}}

This card gains an additional 200 ATK points for each Warrior-Type Monster face-up on your side of the field (except this card).

This card may only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Black Luster Kid" on your side of the field. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle by a monster with an ATK greater than the current ATK of this monster (Damage Calculation is applied normally).

This card may only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Black Luster Knight" on your side of the field. When this card is targeted for an attack, flip a coin. If the result is Heads, negate the attack and your opponent's turn ends. If the result is Tails, continue the attack as normal.

This card may only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Black Luster Duke" on your side of the field. This card's name may also be treated as "Black Luster Soldier". When this card does battle with a Warrior- or Dragon-Type Monster, increase the ATK of this card by 500 points during Damage Calculation only. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you may bring 1 "Luster Shine" from your Deck to your hand. The Deck is then shuffled.

If there is a face-up card with "Black Luster" or "Luster Soldier" in its name on your side of the field, this card gains an additional 400 ATK points.

If there is a face-up card with "Black Luster" or "Luster Soldier" in its name on your side of the field, this card cannot be targeted for an attack. If there is a face-up "The Daughter of Black Luster Soldier" on your side of the field, increase the ATK of both cards by 500 points during Damage Calculation only. If "Black Luster Soldier", "Black Luster Soldier-The True", or "Shining Luster Soldier" is sent to the Graveyard, you may send this face-up card instead.

If there is a face-up card with "Black Luster" or "Luster Soldier" in its name on your side of the field, this card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase by decreasing the ATK of this card by 200 points during Damage Calculation only. If there is a face-up "The Son of Black Luster Soldier" on your side of the field, increase the ATK of both cards by 200 points. If "Black Luster Soldier", "Black Luster Soldier-The True", or "Shining Luster Soldier" is sent to the Graveyard, you may send this face-up card instead.

This card may only be Ritual Summoned through the Ritual Spell Card "Luster Shine". This card's name is also treated as "Shining Luster Soldier". For every card that has "Black Luster" in its name in your Graveyard, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 1000 points. For every face-up Warrior-Type Monster on the field, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 500 points. When this card is targeted for an attack, draw 1 card from the top of your Deck. If the card is a Warrior-Type Monster, then negate the attack and Draw another card from the top of your Deck. This card may only attack every 2 turns.

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Shining Luster Soldier-Embodiment of Honor". You must also offer from your hand or on the field Monsters whose total Levels equal 10 or more.

This card may only be activated when 1 face-up "Shining Luster Soldier" on your side of the field is targeted for an attack. Negate the attack and flip a coin. If it is Heads, the attacking monster is sent to the Graveyard. If it is Tails, select 1 monster on your side of the field and send it to the Graveyard.

This card may only be activated when 1 face-up "Shining Luster Soldier" on your side of the field is targeted for an attack. Destroy the attacking monster.

This card cannot be targeted for an attack by non-Spellcaster-Type Monsters.

This card may only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Trainee of Black Chaos" on your side of the field. If there is another face-up Spellcaster-Type Monster on your side of the field, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

This card may only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Novice of Black Chaos" on your side of the field. When this card is targeted for an attack, you may Draw 1 card from the top of your Deck. If the card is a Spellcaster-Type Monster, then negate the attack and your opponent's turn ends.

This card may only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Master of Black Chaos" on your side of the field. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, roll a 6-sided die once. If the result is an even number, you may attack again. If the result is an odd number, draw 1 card and your Battle Phase ends. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you may bring 1 "Chaotic Control" from your Deck to your hand. The Deck is then shuffled.

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Necromancer of Black Chaos - Corrupt Chaos". You must also offer from your hand or on the field Monsters whose total Levels equal 10 or more.

This card may only be activated if you control a face-up "Necromancer of Black Chaos". As long as the specified card remains on the field, it cannot be selected as an attack target and any damage done to a DARK monster is halved.

This card may only be activated if you control a face-up monster with "Black Chaos" in its name. All cards with "Black Chaos" gain an additional 500 ATK and DEF points and have any damage done to them halved. If this card is removed from the field, it is removed from play.

"Shining Luster Soldier" + "Necromancer of Black Chaos"

This card may also be treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster. This card's Attribute may also be treated as LIGHT. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card may only be Fusion Summoned with the above monsters. When this card declares battle or is targeted for an attack, its ATK and DEF is equal to the number of Spellcaster- and Warrior-Type monsters in your Graveyard x500 during Damage Calculation only. This card cannot be sent to the Graveyard by the effect of Effect Monsters. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, send all cards on the Field and in both Duelist's hands to their respective Graveyards. This card may only attack every 2 turns.

{{{EXTRA SPELL CARDS}}}

This card may only be equipped to "Shining Luster Soldier", "Necromancer of Black Chaos", or "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos". When equipped to "Shining Luster Soldier", the equipped card can destroy any Monster on the field without applying Damage Calculation, flipping it face-up, or activating its effect. When equipped to "Necromancer of Black Chaos", the equipped card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly by halving the current ATK of the card during Damage Calculation only. When equipped to "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos", the equipped card is unaffected by your opponent's Spell, Trap, and Monster Card effects. This card may only stay equipped to "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos" for 3 turns before being sent to the Graveyard.

The activation of this card cannot be negated. After the activation of this card, "Black Luster Soldier" and "Magician of Black Chaos" cannot be Summoned (this includes Special Summon).

This card may only be activated if you control a face-up "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos" and have at least 2 different cards with "Black Luster" or "Luster Soldier" and "Black Chaos" in their names in your Graveyard. Each time you declare an attack, flip a coin. If the result is Heads, continue the attack as normal. If the result is Tails, you lose Life Points equal to half the current ATK of the specified card.

This card may not be activated if you have "Balanced Struggle: Evil" active on the field. This card may only be activated if you control a face-up "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos" and have "Struggle Between Good and Evil" active on the field. Send "Struggle Between Good and Evil" to the Graveyard. Each time you declare an attack with "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos", draw a card from the top of your Deck. If the drawn card is a Warrior- or Spellcaster-Type monster, you gain an additional 500 Life Points and may draw another card.

This card may not be activated if you have "Balanced Struggle: Good" active on the field. This card may only be activated if you control a face-up "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos" and have "Struggle Between Good and Evil" active on the field. Send "Struggle Between Good and Evil" to the Graveyard. Each time you declare an attack with "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos", draw a card from the top of your Deck. If the drawn card is a Warrior- or Spellcaster-Type monster, destroy the target monster without applying Damage Calculation, activating its effect, or flipping it face-up, then select another correct target and attack again.

This card may not be activated if you have "Sacred Armor of the Demons" active on the field. This card may only be activated if you control a face-up "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos" and have "Struggle Between Good and Evil" active on the field. As long as this card is equipped, each time the equipped card attacks and destroys a monster, you gains an additional 500 Life Points.

This card may not be activated if you have "Sacred Armor of the Angels" active on the field. This card may only be activated if you control a face-up "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos" and have "Struggle Between Good and Evil" active on the field. As long as this card is equipped, each time the equipped card attacks and destroys a monster, draw a card from the top of your Deck.[/align]

EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE

This set took a week to make.
This set is a bit overpowered. I admit it.
If you were to equip "Blade of the Unknown Ruler" to "Necromancer of Black Chaos", its ATK would be equal to half of the ATK it would normallty get as a result of its effect.
For those who like a story for the cards, here is the story for "Magician of Black Chaos" transforming into "Necromancer of Black Chaos": [spoiler=Story]Magician of Black Chaos transformed into a Necromancer of Black Chaos after learning about the Blade of the Unknown Ruler. He set out to find this fabled blade, but stumbled upon the Sacred Armor of the Demons. He outfitted himself with this armor and gained an Offset Balance of Power, thus causing him to have a Struggle Between Good and Evil. He chose evil, therefore, causing him to lose Chaotic Control of his powers, transforming him into the Necromancer of Black Chaos.

Once again, here is the story for Shining Luster Soldier: [spoiler=Story 2]Black Luster Soldier also set out for the Blade of the Unknown Ruler. The blade, manifesting good and evil, corrupted Black Luster Soldier's heart and soul, causing him to have an Offset Balance of Power and a Struggle Between Good and Evil. He chose good, but could not control his newfound powers. He wandered the world and found the Sacred Armor of the Angels, thus transforming him into the Shining Luster Soldier with armor that had a Luster Shine.
Both sets of cards are balanced in terms of power. For example, both "Shining Luster Soldier" and "Necromancer of Black Chaos" may only attack every other turn, just like "Shining Necromancer of Luster Chaos".
