Haseo from Dot.HACK:

 

When Haseo attacks, increase his ATK points by the monster your attacking with Haseo by that monster's ATK points by half. If Haseo destroys that monster, increase his ATK and DEF permenantly by 200. Pay 2000 life points and put all spell and trap cards to the graveyard to let Haseo attack five times in the same battle phase.

 

And his other form:

 

This monster can only be ritual summoned with the card "The Thrill of the Kill", offer Haseo as a tribute, and you must at least destroy 10 monsters with Haseo. When this card attacks, increase it's ATK points by the monster it is attacking ATK points times 2. If this card destroys that monster, THE TERROR OF DEATH cannot be effected for two turns by spell, trap, and attacks. Remove up to 10 cards from your deck, this card may attack ten times in the same battle phase.
