good effect but make it like this(sorta the same thing)

 

you can only activate this card when your opponent declares an attack.flip a coin and call if you call right your opponents life points become 1000 if you call it wrong your life points become 1000.

 

the reason i changed it was because its overpowered with 100 instead of 1000 so i say 8/10
