Seems underpowered. Give your opponent up to 7 cards just to skip their Battle Phase? It could work, i guess, in some kind of freaky deaky strategy but that would mean it wouldn't be getting much show in the metagame. Effect:Each time a player draws cards because of a card effect, they take 500 damage during the End Phase for each card drawn by the card effect. But i still think it's underpowered.
