When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, return all "Crystal Beast" cards on the field to their owner's Deck. This card gains 200 ATK for every "Crystal Beast" card sent to the Deck. When this card is removed from the field you can pay 3000 Life Points to Special Summon 3 "Crystal Beast" monsters from your hand or Graveyard. If your opponent declares an attack while this card is in your Graveyard, you can send 1 "Crystal Beast" monster in your Spell/Trap Zone to the Graveyard to negate that attack.[/align]

i think its a little too powerful, but that may just be me. i also don't really think we need more crystal beasts or rainbow dragons. the crystal beast theme was supposed to be simple; the monsters, the good array of support, and the "god card" that went with them. to me, making more to go with it is just overkill. but personal prejudice aside, the card just does too much. yeah it's a high level, but no synchro is TOO hard to summon. only 6.7/10 for me, sorry.
