my suggestions:

"1 Tuner Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters

When this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 500 Life Points to look at your opponent's hand and select 1 monster with a DEF lower than the (ATK|DEF*which ever one this effect designates) of this card and send it to the Graveyard."
