Engine Summary: Telekinetic Dark Armed Plague uses the same successful Telekinetic Dark Armed Dragon build that has dominated the metagame for so long, but adds a new element to the mix: Plaguespreader Zombie. While Card of Safe Return is face-up on the field, Plaguespreader Zombie can Special Summon itself for no cost, meaning that Synchroing is incredibly easy alongside powerful standalone monsters such as Elemental Hero Stratos, Dark Grepher, and Breaker the Magical Warrior.

 

The objective of Telekinetic Dark Armed Plague is to make up for the occasional weaknesses of the normal Tele-DAD engine and create an explosive, Synchro- and Dark Armed Dragon-powered play every turn to annihilate the opponent. With Burial From a Different Dimension, some or maybe all of the Plaguespreaders can make another run, so the Deck can stand battles of attrition. As it's nearly impossible to run out of Tuners, Dark Armed Plague almost encourages opponents to try and wear down their seemingly limited engine, only to unveil a new, overwhelming surprise next turn.

 

The G build of Telekinetic Dark Armed Plague had amazing results in the test run, but excessively long games wore down the RFG'd Plaguespreaders so long that the only card that could exploit them was Return From the Different Dimension. The H build seeks to make the mighty deck even more durable, replacing it with the more precise Burial From a Different Dimension.
