Professor Cobra
Life Points, change 100 to 500, lower the level of card 1 to 8. Good pics. 7/
chainsaw20x6
underpowered, only really useful against other dragon decks which is really situational, ocg seems off, but im not good with that. but not bad being you are kinda new 6/
Satsuriku
I'm likin' the monsters, and the way that they work togethter7.5/10http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif
Von Csent
The first card, like everyone said, needs to be dropped to level 8. It's LP cost is meaningless; its effect doesn't require a cost at all. I personally would use BEWD instead. The second one has a worthless effect too (I can't recall any negative dragon effects besides the first one's, which has been dealt with. The pictures and stats are fine, just find effects to go better with them.

legendhiro
like them but the ocg is way off should be:Pay 300 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, this card if destroyed. This Monster does not take battle damage when battling a Dragon-type Monster. and You can pay 100 Life Points to negate the effect of another Dragon-type monster on the field. also, atmosphere should really be a lower level. maybe 8. and torment's effect should cost more like 500 to 800 life points. dragons are pretty commonly used so his effect is just cheap enough to be a little broken. 7/10. Von Csent
The only dragons worth negating the effects of are Decoy Dragon, DAD, and LaDD. Not worth two tributes to stop them when they can be destroyed by other cards more effectively. Actually, Torment falls to both latter dragons. By the way, were your two dragons designed to work together. They are horrible together. The second allows dragons to destroy the first, and you have to pay BOTH costs. OMGAKITTY
It's better than your previous stuff. Keep trying. You're still missing art credit though. Go read the rules. Art credit is not a disclaimer. Either provide the link to the site where the pic is, or (in the case of deviantart) post the artist's name somewhere.
