Besides if they say "No I want the one I asked for" I am obligated to do it. All I do is give my professional and affordable advice. Also Tiger all you need to do is look on your Pal Pad. You should pump 252 in to HP then Spread the rest to get the same defences.Dude,Wobbuffet has HORRIBLE defenses.It already has high enough HP,and if I want to let it take more then 2 hits,it has to have tons of Defense and Sp. I got my information wrong but you might as well make it's defenses 252 and 252 instead of just having the extra 7 Hp that 28 EVs would give. It will be very straight forward this set so I think just 7 points but bear in mind it's placed in Ubers so you wont see much action with it in Standard.
