When a monster you control becomes an attack target, this card becomes the attack target instead. When your opponent attacks your Life Points, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck and it becomes the attack target. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon it to your opponent's side of the field. Your opponent cannot attack with this card. Your opponent cannot Tribute this card for a Tribute Summon. This card cannot be destroyed by battle when your opponent controls it. You can attack a monster your opponent controls while your opponent controls this card. This card cannot attack your opponent's Life Points.

Wow. Long effect. A bit overpowered, too. But when you actually read the effect, it's pretty fun. I'd drop all the summoning itto the opponents side of the field stuff.
