Whoa, four years? That's a huge necro! I also notice that the original poster got banned, so there's really no point to such a comment. But for the rest of you who are reading, this guy could have proofread the card's spelling and grammar a bit better. The text is so small it's hard to read. The card itself is massively overpowered for a Level-7. I might accept it as a Level-12, but I'd also like to know more about Judai and the Evil Hero to know whether such power is actually justified. Finally, wide-spread immunity is always an issue for me. With this card, not only is its power around the same level as Rainbow Dragon it also cannot be destroyed in battle and is immune to both Traps and Spells. That is way too much. Oh, and the picture's of low resolution. I recommend finding one that doesn't look pixilated.

 

I admit I am not very familiar with Level-7 monsters. I do know that Blue Eyes (3000/2500), Black Magician (2500/2100), and Buster Blader (2600/2300) are Level-8, and two of those are Normal Monsters without effects. With Effect Monsters one is expected to lower their power to compensate at least a little for their effects, so a card like Supreme King should have stats like 2300 and 1300 if it is to be a Level-7, in my opinion. I would like to ask if someone can offer more specific guidance on power per level, since I am still new to such things.
