You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control a "Skeletair" monster. Once per turn, if you control a "Return Cyclone", you can add 1 "Skeletair" monster you control to its owner's hand. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent discards 1 card.

You can choose to skip your Draw Phase and return 1 monster on the field to its owner's hand. Once per turn, if a coin is flipped, you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the coin flip and re-flip the coin.

When you Normal Summon this card, destroy all monsters you control (except this card) and draw 1 card from your Deck. If this card is removed from the field, you can flip a coin. If the result is heads, you can destroy 1 monster on the field and Special Summon this card to your side of the field in Defense Position. If the result is tails, your opponent can draw 1 card from their Deck. During your Standby Phase, if you control this face-up card, you can add it to your hand.

Hm. . . Return Powers and opponent hand destruction through slow reaction.

Until I see "Return Cyclone" I will not be satisfied yet.

I added Return Cyclone and Legendary Skeletair to the first post.

 

I made Return Cyclone and Legendary Skeletair a while ago, and I gave image credit for each image when I originally posted the cards.

These cards are slow. The idea is nice, but overall these cards are very slow. The idea is very single-minded. Bounce you're own cards back and waste a summon to draw. It's counter-productive. You're losing field presence for a slow draw effect.

 

Uhh, yeah, this is good enough right?
