put the LP payment/activation first

Eh...feels a little OP...3 cards is a lot, and then they get destroyed when this card is destroyed..

 

I'd say make it so that the selected cards are returned to the owner's hand

 

And...maybe make it only 2 cards instead of 3.

Also, doesn't feel much like a trap...maybe make it activate when your opponent activates a S/T?
