iKiller
Nice idea, but: a) Terrible title. Make it more descriptive.b) Why Copyright it "2008 Kazuki Takahashi" ? It'd be "1996 Kazuki Takahashi" if anything...c) You have terrible OCG skills...d) Have you ever heard of 'Double Letters'? Like "All" and "Will", for your card...e) I have four other reasons stated above. Thats five bad things about your card. Sorry, but 2/

~ P O L A R I S ~
Dis card is epic in da effect uniqueness, iz cool like dat, but joo gotta furnish up on da little things eh? OCG should be somethin' like this for your latest version: When this card is activated, destroy all Dragon-Type monsters on the field. For each monster destroyed, that card's controller can Special Summon 2 "Devolution Tokens". The "Devolution Tokens" have the same Type, Attribute, and Level of the destroyed Dragon-Type monster. The ATK and DEF of the "Devolution Tokens" are equal to half of the ATK and DEF of the destroyed monster. When the "Devolution Tokens" are destroyed, add the destroyed Dragon-Type monster to the owner's hand. Also, it should be a normal spell card, Set Id should be FHDT-EN056 or something along those lines. (4 letters - EN0##) Also, it's Kazuki Takahashi, not Takahasi. The vast majority of cards have serial numbers too, so you might want one.
