Akira
Apologies for sounding sad and sorry for myself, but I need to get something off my chest. I'm 16 and in my last year at boarding school. Now just to let you know WHY I go to a boarding school, my mum sent me when I was 13 believing that all the other schools in my catchment area weren't good enough, and would ruin my education. So, with the pressure of my parents wanting me to have a decent future, I went with it, but now I feel like I totally made the wrong choice. I've been unhappy here since the start- I am "technically" only allowed home every 3rd weekend (though I can often get out more frequently, thank god) which means that I had to miss quite a few Yugioh tournaments that I really wanted to go to, we have lessons on saturdays, we are forced to go to chapel on sundays (i disagree with this as i am not religious), there are endless compulsory sports events on weekends even if you don't play that sport, and I really don't fit in with the people here. Most are from rich successful backgrounds, who like (not to sound prejudice) horse riding and stripy polo shirts, and enjoy putting people (like me) down who don't have such an amazing life as them. Now, the quality of the education may have been better, but whats the use when your not even happy enough to concentrate in lessons? Despite that the pain is almost at an end, and I'll be moving to a normal day school for A levels, I can't help but feel that my years here were somewhat wasted. Again, I'm sorry for ranting, but I'd like to know if anybody else here has similar or equally distressing problems they have had to face in life (so I myself can relate to them), or just any cheering motivating words, I'm sure I can trust you guys to think of something ^^ Peace -Akira

Akira
1) This is the general section and doesn't need to be related to yugioh.2) You misread what I wrote.3) If you feel no empathy then why did you bother commenting?
Kizzi
Are you an atheist? Jesus Christ (lolpun), I would ask to just get out of there. Compulsory sports at weekends? Lessons on Saturday? CHAPEL?! Rich stereotypical snobs? Oh well. Maybe scream some insults on the last day? That'd cheer me up. Have you told your Mum that you hate the school? Have you told her that your education has been ruined by this school? And was it a paid school? If so, I not only feel sorry for you, I feel sorry for your parents. To waste money on that... it'd be like wasting money on fancy golden bullets to shoot people you don't like.
Akira
Yeah man, I have told them several times but they wanted me to finish GCSES before I left so as not to "further" screw up my education, hence why I'm moving at the end of Summer. Anyway, funny you should mention the insults thing- the school has an email system and my plan is to rickroll my most hated colleagues (and teachers) on the last day ^^ Finally, yes it was a paid school but we paid next to nothing because I got a scholarship and a bursary. Thanks for your support -smile-

Careless Whisper
I stopped reading when I got to' date=' sorry for sounding sad.[/quote'] Wow, you got farther then I did.. I stopped at "Apologies..." One, we no longer care for your apologies on YCM, so don't even say sorry... Two, you are not the only one in this situation, I asure you of that.. So don't think that you are special enough to post this.. because no one is special, just unique in their own stupid way. Three, actually, there is no three.. I was just messing with you... But yeah, we don't care...I learned that a while ago..
Akira
... You say "we" don't care as if it were a collective referring to the entire forum, which isn't true. Well I'm sorry for wasting your precious 2 minutes Sario, but it is evident that Kizzi and Toni were showing me support, and I'm very grateful for it. Chaotix®
I'm sorry to hear that >.> How many people are in this school? I find it a bit strnge that you don;t fit in with anyone, since there must be at least one other guy like you =P Anyway, I feel sorry for ya, and good luck rick rolling all of the people who make your life bad =) Also, why don't you do something more? Pop the teacher's car tires lol :P

But oh gods how I would love to pop a teacher's car tyre and get expelled.. omg that would solve my problems right?
