Elf Ranger Of The Air BowThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing up to 3 WIND monsters. Increase the ATK of this card by 700 for each WIND monster Tributed to Special Summon this card. Once per turn you can pay Life Points to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. Increase the Life Points payed by 500 each time you activate this effect. If there are more than 15 cards in your Graveyard, remove the top card of your Deck from play to gain or inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half the ATK of the monster with the highest ATK in your Graveyard.
