Effect

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

• When this card attacks a monster, put 1 Rune Counter on this card (Max.2) During the Damage Step only, you can remove Rune Counters from this card to increase this card's ATK by 500 until the end of the Battle Phase. If this card has Rune Counters when this card is destroyed by battle, put those counters on the monster that battled with this card. For each Rune Counter, that monster loses 600 ATK

Awesome pic.The effect is interesting and original and there don't seem to be any ocg errors. The name is fitting for the pic also.I also like how you made it a Gemini monster, which people don't make very often. 9.5/10 The only reason why its not a 10 is because hes sorta underpowered.

Quite... underpowered... <_<

And like... Spell Counters don't really decrease attack. They just... count spells?

Basically, the way I see it if I had a Skilled Dark Magician, by attacking this guy I could easily upgrade him into the Dark Magician. I mean, decent pic, no outstandingly bad OCG, it's just... it's effect is underpowered.
