Double Summon him to start powering up his runes! When this card attacks, it gains a spell counter! When you battle other monsters , during the Damage step you can increase Knight of the Golden Runes's ATK! The name is fitting for the pic also.I also like how you made it a Gemini monster, which people don't make very often. 9.5/10 The only reason why its not a 10 is because hes sorta underpowered. Basically, the way I see it if I had a Skilled Dark Magician, by attacking this guy I could easily upgrade him into the Dark Magician.
