That's actually a really cool Trap idea. Balanced and everything. Few problems though, nothing to do with the idea. ;)

 

Here's an official card wording fix:

 

When a Level 5 or higher monster you control is destroyed, discard 2 cards OR pay 1500 Life Points to destroy all monsters your opponent controls.

 

I'd also get a bigger picture so card maker doesn't stretch it out and make it blurry.

Also, you're missing a Set ID, year, and name. Make sure you add them. =P

New Pic.Nice effecct pretty balanced but I'd take out the 1500 or at least shorten to about 700 because to me it makes it UPed.7/10

I like the concept, but there were a few wording and OCG errors and the pic is kinda pixelated >.< Plus some information was missing on the card.

"higher" = "lower" (because his card says lower XD)

 

"your Opponent controls." = "on your Opponent's side of the Field."
