Probably unforseen consequences - cards such as Neo the Magic Swordsman will benefit from this card. Why you would seperate "Neo" and "Spacian" is beyond me, unless your goal was to get Elemental Hero Neos included in there too. In such a case, the tradition is usually to reference Neos by name and use "Neo-Spacian" as a general descriptor, such as "all "Neo-Spacian" monsters, as well as "Elemental Hero Neos", gain 200 ATK during the Battle Phase".

 

And, y'know, Mode. Other than that...meh, it's not bad.
