Effect:

Each time you attack an opponents monster, you must Tribute 1 card. By paying half of your Life Points, you can select and destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. If this card would be destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Grox, the Center Space Darkness" equipped with "The Ship of the Dark Grox". At each of your End Phases, you must Tribute 2 Monster cards. If you cannot, all cards with "Grox" in their name are destroyed.

Makes it sound like you need to tribute a card for all your monsters attacks. Is that what you want? Also when it saids tribute 1 card; do you mean a monster? Or can Spell and trap cards be used as well?

Unclear where "Grox, the Center Space Darkness" is Special Summoned from and unclear where "The Ship of the Dark Grox" Spell Equip card comes from either.

 

This card is so what underpowered and a selfdestruct bomb. Tributing 2 monsters cards during the end phase and 1 to attack seems... rather hard to keep up with, plus doesn't that need 3 monsters to summon it in the first place? Tho I don't know what support cards you had in mind.
