When a Spell card is activated, roll a die, you cannot do this if it is a equip Spell card. If the result is a 1 or 2 the Spell card becomes a continuous Spell card and its controller can use its effect once per turn. If the result was a 3 or 4 then it becomes a field Spell and both players can use its effect once per turn. If the result was a 5 or 6 then the you can negate its effect and destroy it.

I might suggest having it only activate for Normal Spells, then it would make more sense.

 

Otherwise I like it! Unique effect and pic, the name could suit it more, but that is only a small problem
