IT'S AMAZING >_> But I present to you .. ~Hypocritical Thoughts!!~ [/align] EFFECT: When this card is activated, Declare 1 Attribute. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can Summon, Attack, or Tribute a monster with the same attribute. In addtion, if you control a face-up Pyschic-type monster, your opponent randomly discards 1 card from their hand each time they declare an attack. Picture by INTERPRID DRAGON at Photobucket. Be funny to play that and declare Dragon...
