Actually, it's not really that bad. Only a few minor OCG errors, which I fixed:

"This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap cards. This card cannot be destroyed or sent back to the owner's hand by the effects of monsters."

It's quite a bit overpowered, I would lower the ATK down to about 3000 or so. Otherwise, this card deserves a solid 9/10.

A few tips, dont use pics with color or white backgrounds.

See how you would use it normally, "If I summon this in a real game will it give me an unfair chance, will i even play this?"

Watch if its too weak or not. This is too strong. Overpowered.

Dont do over 8 stars on normal card, its okay with cards that cant be just summoned normally or by tributes. Lower the level to 8.

Watch the ATK and DEF. With an effect like that i suggest 2000 or lower o.0

Watch how you would use it, do you really want that card to stay on the field forever. I suggest, "This card cannot be destroyed or effected by Spell or Trap Cards for 2 turns".

Is this pic really good for a card? Think if the pic would look good if you played it in real life. Think what would look better, a real sun or a cartoon sun.

Does the name suit the pic? The name has to suit the pic, i mean "Solar" suits but its way too common, add oomph into like "Oblivious Solar Sphere".

Also the efect can also suit the name or picture, like a sun can have the effect "While you control this face-up monster, all FIRE monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF Points.

Think how its summoned, your effect is fine its hard to summon like "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 4 FIRE monsters you control.

Last but not least, look at the OCG thread, that'll fix up any uneccerary low ratings.

OCG fix for your card:

"This card is unaffected by Spell and Trap Cards. "Negate any Monster Effect that removes this card from the field." or for the last sentence "This card is unaffected by Monster Effects that remove this card from the field."

 

I will not rate this card but next tiem make the neccessary changes ;)

ATK = Too high

 

The effect overpoweres it making it hard to destroy, 6.1/10.

The ATK is much too high. The picture, because of the glowing effect, can be used, but in future, use cards with proper backgrounds ;) The OCG is terrible, but then again, you're new. 6/10.
