Giving a card 4500 ATK, and making it uneffected by Spell and Trap cards isn't original.

At the very most 3000 ATK cap for it's ATK. I still wouldn't use 3000 either. I know monster cards effect can destory this card still, but 4500 ATK is still too high. Most other 3 tribute monsters don't have no where near this cards ATK.

it migth be a little strong but yo need 3 fire monsters and to remove 2 pyro's from the grave that like 5 sacrifices and whats the chance you get 3 fire types on the field ?

Fair enoght.

Chances that get three fires on field varies from deck to deck. Easiest way to get three fires would be DNA Transplant.

Also as for your OCG you need to reword the start of the card:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 FIRE monsters you control and removing 2 Pyro-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play."

The idea is ok, but maybe lower the ATK and DEF a little.

 

Try finding a BG for your pic too.
