Beil Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 LV9s & LV10s are basically used for effect monsters who use 3 tributes to balance it out. I can't say I've ever seen a LV11 card, but LV12s are mostly Fusion Monsters and exist so that no one can use Metamorphosis on them. I really don't see why you should change the level of your card, but tributing 3 monsters really wouldn't be worth it for him.
