RoseSymphony
Am I allowed to use Lonefire Blossom's effect to tribute my opponent's Plant-type monsters when I have DNA Surgery on the field? In addition, many other cards from CSOC say "Tribute 1 Plant Type monster" or "Destroy 1 Plant Type monster" without specifying what side of the field the monster should be on (ex Fragrance Storm, Pollinosis, Tytannial). Because the cards don't specify this, I think I should be able to, but some people say no because they think it will "make the cards too broken". 「tea.leaf」
No. It's implied that you have to control your monster. Someone give this guy a +30%.
