This is a duel turner singe its wierd but effective:

This card cannot be Set. This card can only be Summoned if both player's control the same amount of monsters. When this card is Summoned, both players Life Points become 3500. While this card is face-up on the field, no player can attack directly or inflict direct Life Point damage by the effect of Spell or Trap Cards. On each player's Battle Phase, he/she can Tribute 1 monster he/she controls to inflict damage to her/his opponent's Life Points equal to half the ATK of the Tributed monster. When this card attacks with a monster, battle damage inflicted by this card or the opponent's monster is doubled. If this is destroyed by battle, decrease your opponent's Life Points by 500. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, halve your opponent's Life Points.

This person knows nothing. Do not listen. "This card cannot be Set" is correct OCG. "both player's Life Points become 3500" is also correct OCG, but there should be an apostrophe somewhere. Fairly effective, but last effect is a bit OPed. 8/10. Good work! ^_^
