"Flip Summoned" and "flipped face-up" are NOT the same. If you attack a Swarm of Scarabs, it is not summoned, so the effect does not activate. A Flip Summon is a deliberate action; flipping face-up is not.

I just don't get the effect.If it is Summoned,attack your opponent directly.o_O

During Battle Phase I guess,...It should be like this-This card can attack your opponent directly.There is no need for that Normal,Flip Summoned or flipped face-up(in the third sentence)
