Well im juz bored so i made this card..... >.<

 

Doesnt know if this card has an impact... ^_^

 

EFFECT>>> This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned, your opponent adds 1 card from his/her Graveyard to his/her hand. While this card is face-up on your field, all Level 5 or more monsters your opponent controls cannot declare an Attack. If all of the monsters your opponent controls are DARK, this card can attack your opponent directly. If all of the monsters your opponent controls are LIGHT, you can Tribute this card to select 1 card from your Deck and add it to your hand.
