[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. When you draw this card during your Draw Phase, while you have 3 or more DARK monsters in your Graveyard, flip a coin (this is not optional). If heads, Special Summon this card into your Field Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell Card. If tails, return this card to the top of your Deck. While this card is in your Field Card Zone, both players cannot Advance Summon any monster, and in addition, all face-up Level 4 or lower monsters gain 800 ATK. During both player's End Phase, if they control a monster with 2000 or more ATK, switch all face-up monsters they control to Defense Position. During your Standby Phase, while this card is in your Field Card Zone, you can pay Life Points equal to the ATK of 1 face-up Level 4 or lower monster you control, to Special Summon this card to your field. This card gains attack equal to half the combined DEF of all Level 4 or lower monsters your opponent controls. When this card destroys a Level 4 or lower monster by battle, you can remove from play 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard to return this card to your Field Card Zone.

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set when your Life Points are 2000 or less. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can lose the duel by having their Life Points reach 0. While this card remains face-up on the field, a player loses the duel if their Life Points reach 10000 or more. During each of your Standby Phases, increase both player's Life Points by the amount of turns this card has been face-up on the field x200. When this card is selected as an attack target, you can increase your Life Points by half the ATK of the attacking monster to negate the attack. When this card is removed from the field, decrease both player's Life Points by the amount of turns this card was face-up on the field x100.

This contest equals = EPIC

 

I'll go through a review

 

Effects:

Both effects seem brilliantly thought out, and both change the ethics of the whole duel

Chaotix: 10/10 Yankeefan: 10/10

 

Pics:

Yankee pic is okay but chaotix's pic overtakes Yankee

Chaotix: 9/10 Yankeefan: 8/10

 

Balance:

Both cards are perfectly balanced, as both effect both players in the duels. Both are slightly abusable though, so..

Chaotix: 9/10 Yankeefan: 9/10

 

Name:

Chaotix> Yankeefan, easily :)

Chaotix: 8/10 Yankeefan: 6/10

 

 

So Chaotix wins this one, but VERY narrowly.

CHAOTIX FTW only a few OCG errors (the "any monsters" reguarding Advance Summoning is not needed) and a much better effect

 

I actually checked that up with a real card..

 

You do say "any monster" ^_^

 

Anyway, thanks guys, this is looking good!! And remember, please do not vote for me because you like the pretty colors on my card. If I am to win, I will win fair and square :)

Epic contest.

 

Well both cards are amazing in all but...

 

Dimension Exalter- Alchemist:

 

I must say, I love this card. The pic, I really like, and the holo is pretty good too. It surley suits the card name, which is great to see! Moving on to OCG; I can't seem to find an error, I see you put some real effort here. Finally, the effect. It can be pretty easy to summon, especially with a card like Second Coin Toss. It can be really helpful as it increases your monsters ATK by 800 and then able to switch your opponent's monsters in Defence Positon, a nice idea. And it can go on on in a cycle, I like it! ^_^

 

Overall, nice card. The only thing though, I'd maybe recommend is when the result is tails, it goes to the bottom of your deck, maybe. Because then it would be really easy to summon and it's quite powerful. It's just my opinion. Great work on the card!

 

Pic: 9/10.

OCG: 10/10.

Effect: 9/10.

Overall: 28/30.

 

Spirit of Life- Mary:

 

This card, I like. The pic is pretty good, good quality. OCG seems flawless, I can't seem to find even one error, so good job with that. The effect I reall like. It's effect can change the entire game! I love the idea, and it's so original. Instead of losing by your life points dropping to 0, you lose by your life points increasing to 10000, great idea!

 

Overall, good card, good idea, and great pic.

 

Pic:8/10.

OCG:10/10.

Effect:10/10.

Overall:28/30.

 

So, end result is a tie, unfortunately. But great cards, both of you!

I'll judge just like Night Crow did.

 

EFFECTS

Chaotix®: Pretty nice, 9.5/10.

Yankeefan: Race through Life Points, but instead, you race to go to the slowest. Wow, it almost changes the game mechanic, (or maybe it already does?) 9/10

 

PICTURES

Chaotix®:Nice parallel holo, 10/10

Yankeefan: Picture is great, but no additional effect like Chaotix®'s, so 8.5/10

 

BALANCE

Chaotix®: It's a little bit easy to summon it. Just summon, ummm...Relinquished or Thousand-Eyes Idol, pay only 800 LP. But its ATK makes it hard for it to survive. I give you 9.5/10 for that.

Yankeefan: 9.5/10, no comment.

 

NAMES

Chaotix®: All of those words already exist NOT as names, but as nouns (Hate that, but I can't avoid using that). 8/10

Yankeefan: 9/10

 

OFFICIAL CARD GRAMMAR

Chaotix®: I’m sure for 1 error, and I found another one, “Advance Summon”. I don’t that exists in TCG, but it does in OCG. So......9.25/10
