My first card in about 2 months "Shadowfollower Loonasa" Please help with OCG

Card Lore:

Flip: Once this card is activated you will have to destroy 3 of the monsters in your hand in order to special summon any 6 star or higher monster in your deck. Once the card you special summoned is destroyed as a result of battle you will lose 500 additional Life Points and the attackers Monster will be sent to the Graveyard.
