EffectThis card can only be Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned if you have 3 or more cards in your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned or Special Summoned, remove all cards in your hand and Graveyard from play. If you cannot, this card is destroyed. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to select 2 cards from your hand and place them face-up in your Deck. During your next Standby Phase, if you have not drawn a face-up card from your Deck, inflict 1500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. I say make it A LOT less LP damage, and maybe make a negative effect if you do draw the card. The other thing I remembered...With the way the effect is, it's really easy to "cheat" by shuffling until you're sure that you won't draw a face-up card on the next turn. :/ Maybe make it so that if you DO draw a face-up card (regardless of when), you deal damage (I still think 1500 is too steep), and then have your opponent shuffle the deck instead of you.
