TrueMallowman Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 Normally true, but this is clearly for a Dark Counterpart deck, wherein most of the cards have abilities or Summoning requirements based off of the number of DARK monsters in your Graveyard. In this case, Dark Basic Insect here is a way to control the number that you have in your Graveyard - perfect for, say, Dark Armed Dragon? Not a bad pic for what it's supposed to be, effect and OCG are solid. Useful without being complex. Cool as you are, but you could get away with cutting the LP cost to 500.
