Not bad but think its situation, you work hard to get a tuner and synchro and then combine them for that, most decks these days run some synchro including the deck you would be using, if your opponent didnt run a syncro deck your toast, and would that help you -_^

i totally agree.... nether the less.... it is very useful but very hard to use.... anyways i give it 8/10
