My Skull Warriors *Please Rate I'm New*

Although my grammar and OCG may be a little bit off I tried my best to use proper grammar and OCG. Anyways here are the cards:

1 Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 Non-Tuner. When this card is sent to the Graveyard Special Summon "Ultimate Skull Warrior".

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with the effect of "Skull Warrior". For any Monster that attacks "Ultimate Skull Warrior"; "Ultimate Skull Warrior" will copy the ATK and DEF Points of the opposing Monster. This effect works for only 3 Phases after that the ATK and DEF Points of "Ultimate Skull Warrior" are changed to 2800 ATK and 2500 DEF unless "Ultimate Skull Warrior" is sent to the graveyard before 3 Phases.

This Spell Card can be used on "Ultimate Skull Warrior" to raise it's ATK and DEF by 500 after it's effect has been used.

 

Please correct me and point something that is wrong out to me.,
