"Black Ice" monsters (Answer the poll)

I made some monsters that use a new kind of Counter call Black-Ice Counter (The effect for these counters in on the first card) Answer the poll when your done looking at the cards

When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or flipped face-up, place 3 Black-Ice Counters on 1 Set Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. (When a Set Spell Card with a Black-Ice Counter(s) is activated, that card's controller destroys 1 monster they control whose Level is equal to the number of Black-Ice Counters on that card.) When a Set Spell Card with a Black-Ice Counter(s) is activated, remove from play 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard whose ATK or DEF is equal to the number of Black-Ice Counters on that card x 300.[/align]

You can Tribute Summon this card with 3 Tributes. If you do, place 4 Black-Ice Counters on 2 Set Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls. Each time a Set Spell Card with a Black-Ice Counter(s) is activated, this card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each Black-Ice Counter on that card.[/align]
