Overpowered

Maybe have it affected by Effect Monsters effects or make it so you have a cost to keep it on the field. Also you might specify a specific Tuner or non-Tuner Monster for the Synchro Summon of this card.

 

***just my opinion, but I think you should switch the ATK and DEF stats around.
