Which card game would win, Yu-Gi-Oh or Duel Masters?

This question makes me think of conversions. Anyway, Yu-Gi-Oh is based off of MtG...for crying out loud. They just rearranged some of the Phases and card types. If anyone's actually read the MtG booklet besides me, you would know what I'm saying.

I started playing yugioh when it first came out, then I changed to DM when it came out. Once Yugioh GX came out and DM discontinued, I started playing yugioh again. Once GX was starting to finish up, I started playing Chaotic. XD

 

As you can see, I change interests. But overall, yugioh is a bit better, mainly because it survived America, but that is just my opinion...

It's like I'm talking to a wall here. You claim to agree with me when I say that people need to provide justifications for their views, and then in the very next sentence you openly adopt a king-of-the-hill prove-me-wrong stance. It's like my dashing handsomeness makes you want to agree with me, but you don't actually bother to read or act on my words.

 

You, as both the topic creator and the person whose view contrasts most directly with the view of the majority on this forum, should be the first person to post your arguments. The burden lies on you to prove your case; you have no justification for simply putting forth an unfounded claim and waiting for other people to argue with it - it is your job to prove your own case first. Your failure to do so is one of the primary reasons that this topic is terrible.

 

If you really agree with me that people need to support their viewpoints, stop being a hypocrite and do so. If you are not prepared to do so, then this topic has no point and will be locked.

I'm agreeing with you. I was saying that because the OP said that all the reasons people had given against Duel Masters were bad.
