Effect

The monster affected by this card cannot attack or change its Battle Position. When this card is activated, your opponents turn is ended. If this card is destroyed, all restrictions this card lays upon the monster are lifted

And does it have a cost per turn or if the trap is destroyed the monster gets its ATK back and can attack again or is it permanent? Sounds pretty cool all in all, but I like cards that reduce the attack but let the monster continue the attack, that way it kills itself heh, Like Miniaturize for example. However the best part that I have seen would be the part that instantly ends there turn. Kind of a weird picture though, looks almost Windows-Paint-ee... lol
