Hmmm your Ruler of Wisdom and Ruler of Chaos is a little underpowered for how many stars they have. The wording on Almighty Ruler is, I believe, incorrect, apply damage doesn't really specifiy anything. I believe it should be: "During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points." and then probably the wording for the 2nd part should be something like: "This card is unaffected by Trap Cards during your Battle Phase."
