Effect: When this card Battles a monster, depending on the level activate one of the following effects:

1-3: Battle Damage dealt to the controlling player is doubled.

4: If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, draw one card.

5-6: All battle damage to the controller of this card becomes 0. You can special summon one level 4 or less monster from your deck.

7-8: Destroy the opponent's monster immediately without applying damage calculation.

9+: Destroy the opponent's monster immediately without applying damage calculation, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK.

 

Still need to fix the ocg... Aahh well. Also it would probably limited.

 

Oh, and the picture is not mine! It belongs to Fate/Stay Night, which was created by Type-MOON (i think...). So yeah.

I went with a slightly different approach, I hope thats ok.

Once per turn , during your main phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip to one level 1 monster no your side of the field as an Equip Spell card, OR unequip the union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, Battle Damage to this card's controller that he/she takes from a battle involving the equipped monster card becomes 0. In addition, if that monster does battle with a monster with 8 or more level stars, destroy that monster before damage calculation(1 monster can only be equipped with one Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

By removing 2 counter on this card destroy 1 monster on the field. If this card is the only monster on your side of the field you can Tribute this 1 card to Special Summon 1 lv 7 or lower WIND monster from your hand to your side of the field in attack position. If you activate this effect you cannot Normal Summon/Special Summon a monster for the rest of this turn.

Effect:

When this card is summoned, this card can destroy one monster on the feild of any level. When this effect is activated, remove from play all cards in your hand and destroy 1 monster on your side of the feild, if you chose not to sacrifice a monster, you may pay 500 life points. Once this effect is activated, place one hummingbird counter on this card in the end phase of all your turns. Once there are 3 counters on this card, destroy this card and put 1 Hummingbird token on your opponants side of the feild (level 1, WIND, winged-beast, ATK 0 DEF 200).

If your opponent Normal Summons a monster, they take direct damage equal to the ATK of that monster. Once per turn, select one monster on your opponent's side of the field and place it in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined ATK of all monsters in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. When this card is attacked, select one monster in your Spell & Trap Card Zone and target the attack at it instead.
