When this card is Special Summoned from your hand, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of 1 monster your opponent controls x 300. Once per turn, you can return this card to the owner's hand, and Special Summon 1 "Red-Steel Robo / Bomb" from your hand in face-up Attack Position. You can activate this effect during either player's turn.

 

When this card is Special Summoned from your hand, select 2 monsters from your Graveyard. Then, remove from play 1 monster your opponent controls whose Level is lower than the total Levels of the selected monsters. Once per turn, you can return this card to the owner's hand, and Special Summon 1 "Red-Steel Robo / Cannon" from your hand in face-up Defense Position. You can activate this effect during either player's turn.[/align]

Once per turn you can return this card to the owner's hand, to Special Summon 1 "Red-Steel Robo / Cannon". Im pretty sure position shouldn't be capatilized. Pics is very cool, effects are interesting and fairly original. In my opinion the names should use some work, but hey, thats for you to decide.And also "Slashes" are fine 8.5/10

The "Slashes" are used in the game to show a different "mode" for certain monsters, like the "/Buster" monsters (You can look those up on yugioh.wikia.com by typing in /Busters)

Lower the DEF on the 1st card. It looks like a bit much for a lvl 3 monster.
