If your opponent controls no FIRE monsters, this monster can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, add 1 "Burn Counter" to this card. When this card is removed from the field, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of "Burn Counters" on this card x 500.

**The specified non-Tuner Monster required to summon this card is NOT "Raging Flame Sprite." It is a monster I created a while back called, "Raging Flame Spirit." If you haven't seen it, well here it is.

[spoiler=Effect]This card can not be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that it was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. This card can not be Normal Summoned unless there a "Raging Flame Sprite" in your Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, if your opponent controls no FIRE monsters, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. This card gains 1000 ATK each time it directly attacks your opponent's Life Points successfully. When this card returns to your hand by its own effect, it does not lose any of its gained ATK.

Now dude you have no idea how bad you wrecked this card its is just plain straight down AWESOME!! You said in the topic a new tuner but its is a synchro, so yea. The effect seems just a tiny bit overpowered, but not by much.
