«₣lџχ» Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 Its kinda balanced. Lower the DEF to about 1700. Dont make the subtype "Espada", make the name "Espada - Ulquiorra". This card is actually quite Underpowered, make the effect optional. And OCG fix for your card is:This card cannot be Special Summoned. When the effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster Card is activated, by decreasing the ATK of this card by 500 you can negate the activation of the Spell, Trap or Monster Effect and destroy the card.
