A better way to write this effect:"This card can only be Special Summoned when there are at least 3 Dark-Attribute Dragon-Type monsters on the field. This monster can Attack 2 monsters in the same Battle Phase once every 2 turns." if i wrote some mistakes please comment me...btw, nick96r, that post is considered as spam... please don't comment things like that...
