When a card is used as a Tribute, you can inflict 300 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap Card to inflict 1000 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. If you do, this card cannot attack this turn. When this card is selected as an attack target, you can pay 200 Life Points to select 1 monster you control. The selected monster is now the attack target.

No too much point to the first effect... and it should probably be "If this card is offered as a Tribute"

"...discard 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand..."

"...If you activate this effect..."

"...this card cannot declare an attack..."

"...The selected monster becomes the attack target"

 

^some of these corrections may not be correct, as they are based on how the effect sounds and my own opinions.
