The monster's Level is only treated as 4 for the purpose of Synchro Summoning.
Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
So that means that once you play this card, the synchro monster that comes out is a tuner that can bring out another synchro that becomes a tuner that can bring out another synchro that becomes a tuner that can....my head hurts. Very original effect. Might be OP'ed since you said that the monster would be treated as a Level 4 Tuner. If you knew what you were doing you could get your 5 highest attacking synchro monsters on the field in 1 turn. It is interesting though. It definitely provides a different dynamic to the game. I guess I'd have to give it 8/10, all things being considered.

Professor Cobra
Take out the comma, don't capitalize gain, good pic, level 4, you can make it a Tuner monster on Paint. I would add another effect to make it worth using. 7/
Spire
OCG errors: Gains = gains Pretty good, just that minor error, 8.6/10.
